1132 Meeting Helper

Terms of use

These terms apply to the commercial Mac 2.5 edition of 1132 Meeting Helper from Curiositech LLC after you accept them. Paid checkout is not available yet. Version 2.4 and earlier, the independently authored Mac sandbox profile, and their existing MIT grants remain unchanged; this agreement does not take away those rights.

Price and purchase

The Mac 2.5 license costs $19 USD once, plus applicable tax, for one person on two personal computers. There is no subscription. Deactivate a computer in the app to move its seat. The license grants perpetual use of major version 2 and its minor updates; future major upgrades are optional and separately priced. Request a full refund for any reason within 30 calendar days of purchase by emailing erich.owens@gmail.com with your order receipt. Paid checkout is not available yet.

The current Mac 2.5 app is Developer ID signed and Apple-notarized. Windows packages are unsigned previews and are not included with the Mac license.

Trial and included free features

The free trial lasts seven days on one installation. It starts when requested in the app, requires internet access for protected launch authorization, has no card requirement, and does not automatically charge you. A repeated request does not restart the trial. Backup, restore, diagnostics and browser fallback remain free. Online authorization is required for protected launch.

Optional usage reporting is a separate choice, off by default. Agreeing to purchase terms does not opt you into reporting.

What the helper does

The helper can try selected local troubleshooting steps and back up selected local settings. It cannot change account permissions, organization policy, meeting settings, or the service provider’s decisions. It does not guarantee that error 1132 will be resolved or that a meeting will be available. Review each backup or reset choice and keep a separate backup of important files.

End-user license agreement

The commercial 2.5 release requires acceptance of the complete EULA (downloadable text). Pre-checkout assent is explicit and separate from optional usage reporting. The independent product does not guarantee that error 1132 will be resolved or that a meeting will be available.

Third-party services

When paid checkout becomes available, the payment provider and transaction details will be shown before payment. Payment does not guarantee a particular meeting outcome. The app and service may also depend on network and platform providers.
