1132 Meeting Helper End User License Agreement Version: 2026-10-14-commercial-1 | Applies to new original commercial additions in 2.5+ Licensor: Curiositech LLC | Contact: erich.owens@gmail.com Website: https://1132fixer.com/terms/ Please read before installing or using this release. Choose Agree to accept this agreement, or Decline and do not install/use the commercial release. You may keep a copy. Accepting this agreement does not consent to optional usage reporting. That is a separate choice, off by default. 1. License, price and trial The commercial Mac license costs $19 USD once, plus applicable tax shown before payment. There is no subscription. It covers one person using up to two personal computers and perpetual use of the purchased major version 2. Minor version-2 updates we release are included; future major upgrades are optional and may be sold separately. This does not promise future development, compatibility with every future operating system, or indefinite hosted service. Windows remains a preview and is not represented as a validated paid benefit. The free trial lasts seven days from activation on one installation. No card, automatic charge or subscription is created by starting it; a repeated request does not restart it. A free voucher grants one equivalent version-2 license without payment. Protected desktop launch features currently require online entitlement checks; offline activation or an outage grace period is not offered by the current build. Trial expiry or a failed check blocks new protected launches, not an already-running meeting. Backup review, restore, diagnostics and browser fallback remain available without paid access, including to help you recover your local data if you decline the commercial agreement. 2. Devices and keys You may move an activation by deactivating an old computer before activating a replacement, while keeping no more than two computers active. Keep keys private; a key can authorize devices on that license. You can review and deactivate those devices in the app. Deactivation releases access, not local files or backups. A free voucher grants a license once; its redeemed code can be used as that license's activation key within the device limit. Do not resell, publicly distribute or share commercial license credentials outside the licensed users. Purchasing the app does not purchase ownership of its code. 3. Local operations and limitations Use this tool only on systems and accounts you are authorized to manage. The backup/reset operation closes Zoom, backs up specified local settings, resets those settings and may pause its updater. You may need to sign in again. Review the confirmation before proceeding, and keep independent backups. Restoring a backup and updater agents is available in the app. Optional DNS refresh invokes the operating system's administrator prompt; your administrator password is handled by the OS, not sent to this service. The no-reset option avoids the local settings reset. This is an independent helper, not affiliated with or endorsed by Zoom. It does not lift account restrictions, change Zoom policies, or guarantee meeting admission or that error 1132 is resolved. Sandbox-exec is deprecated on macOS and platform changes may affect compatibility. Do not use the app to violate another service's terms or another person's rights. Windows compatibility and affected-PC results are described separately on the site. 4. Privacy and required licensing records Our Privacy Notice, included as Privacy.txt and at https://1132fixer.com/privacy/, describes necessary licensing records and optional usage reporting. Necessary licensing data is used to validate access, enforce device limits, record agreement and prevent abuse. Checkout and key activation use Lemon Squeezy when configured. Cloudflare hosts the website, licensing service and database. Payment processors handle payment credentials; the helper does not receive payment-card details. Optional usage reporting may be declined or withdrawn without reducing your licensed features. It never authorizes collection of meeting content, participants, account passwords, meeting links, passcodes, audio or video. 5. Refunds, support and termination You may request a full purchase refund for any reason within 30 calendar days of purchase. Email erich.owens@gmail.com with your order number or receipt; you do not need to send meeting content, account passwords or diagnostic logs. Refunds are processed through the payment provider to the original payment method, subject to its processing times. A refunded commercial license is deactivated after refund confirmation; your backups and recovery tools remain available. This voluntary policy does not limit statutory refund or consumer rights or the merchant of record's independent refund/dispute obligations. Free trials and vouchers have no purchase payment to refund. Support is available at that same email; a particular repair, response time or meeting outcome is not guaranteed. You may stop using or uninstall the app at any time, after restoring settings/updater agents if desired. Uninstalling alone does not request a refund or erase service records. We may revoke fraudulent or materially abused commercial licenses, with notice where feasible. A material agreement change requires renewed acceptance for the changed commercial release. Statutory rights remain unaffected. 6. Intellectual property and earlier open-source grants New original commercial additions in 2.5+ are reserved to their copyright holder except as licensed here. The independently authored sandbox profile and versions 2.4 and earlier were released under MIT. Their existing MIT permissions remain unchanged, with the full notice in Legacy-MIT.txt. This agreement cannot withdraw those grants or restrict rights granted under third-party licenses. Third-party notices remain applicable. You may use, modify and redistribute those separately licensed components under their own terms. Do not represent our independent product as an official Zoom app. 7. Warranty, responsibility and legal rights To the extent permitted by applicable law, the commercial additions are provided as available, without a promise of fitness for a particular meeting or an uninterrupted service. You remain responsible for authorized use and for independent backups. Nothing excludes liability that applicable law prohibits excluding, or overrides mandatory consumer, privacy or other statutory rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to the extent allowed by law.
