1132 Meeting Helper
Privacy
Effective October 14, 2026
Curiositech LLC operates 1132 Meeting Helper. This notice covers the app, licensing service, owner dashboard, and a future Lemon Squeezy checkout. Paid checkout is not currently open. Contact erich.owens@gmail.com for access, correction, export, or deletion requests.
Required licensing data
After you accept the app terms, the app creates random installation credentials and stores them in macOS Keychain or Windows current-user DPAPI. The service stores the installation ID, a hash of its authentication token, entitlement kind and trial/expiry/revocation state, terms version and acceptance time, activation and key identifiers, device label, platform, app version, and last licensing contact. Other devices on your own license can see device labels, versions, and last contact; choose a label that contains no sensitive information. License keys and voucher codes are used to validate or redeem access and are not shown in the owner analytics dashboard.
Purchases
After merchant onboarding and product approval, and only when checkout is configured, Lemon Squeezy handles checkout as merchant of record, license keys, and its purchase records. It receives the paid key and activation-instance information when you activate a purchased license. Our service may retain verified order identifiers, product identifiers, amount and currency, purchase or refund state, and timestamps. We do not receive payment-card details. Lemon Squeezy’s own privacy notice and retention obligations apply to its purchase records.
Optional usage reporting
Optional reporting is separate from license agreement and starts off. If you opt in, the app can send fixed-category counts for helper page transitions, launch attempts and outcomes, coarse time using the helper, version changes, categorized helper errors, and voluntary 1–5 ratings. The service accepts only bounded values and known categories. It does not receive raw Zoom logs or error text, meeting contents, links or passcodes, participant or account names, passwords, hardware identifiers, audio, video, or local backups. Local diagnostics stay on your device unless you explicitly share them separately. Turning reporting off does not reduce trial or paid features.
Owner dashboard
The dashboard displays operational license and sales counts plus optional usage aggregates, activity paths, and categorized error codes. Counts are not necessarily anonymous; a small group may still be identifiable. Access is restricted to the configured owner/admin allowlist behind verified authentication. The dashboard is not public.
Retention and your choices
Raw optional events have a 30-day retention period with daily cleanup; daily aggregates are deleted after 13 calendar months. Required license, activation, and agreement records are kept while needed to operate your license, until you request deletion. Deleting service records deactivates that installation; activating again can create new records. Financial records needed for tax, fraud or dispute handling, or legal obligations may remain with us or Lemon Squeezy. Our deletion does not erase provider-held purchase records. Deletion removes live installation records; Cloudflare recovery snapshots can retain earlier records for up to 30 days and are restricted to recovery. A restoration requires review of deletion requests before restored data is used for ordinary reporting. Existing aggregates may remain when they no longer identify an installation. You can change or withdraw optional reporting in the app, request an export or deletion, or contact us using the address above.
Infrastructure
Cloudflare provides hosting, database, rate limiting, and administrative access. Network requests expose IP address and request metadata to hosting infrastructure; our product analytics do not store full IP addresses. Providers may process information outside your country under their applicable privacy terms and safeguards. We use Cloudflare and Lemon Squeezy for hosting, licensing, and payment, not advertising. We do not sell personal information, use behavioral advertising, set marketing trackers, or use advertising cookies. Secure admin login may use authentication cookies; provider checkout has its own cookie practices.
