Required licensing operations
After accepting the app terms, the client creates random installation
credentials. They stay in macOS Keychain or Windows current-user DPAPI
storage. Requests use HTTPS. The service stores the installation ID and a
hash of its authentication token; it records entitlement kind, trial dates,
expiry/revocation, activation/key identifiers, device label, OS/platform,
app version, last licensing contact and agreement version/time. A short
device label helps you recognize your activated computers; avoid putting
sensitive information in it. Other devices on your own license can see
these device labels, versions and last contact, and may be deactivated.

License keys and voucher codes are transmitted only to validate/redeem
access. Plaintext keys are not included in the owner analytics dashboard.
Lemon Squeezy receives a paid key and activation-instance information when
a paid key is activated; it manages checkout, license keys and its own
purchase records. Our service may store verified order identifiers,
amount/currency, product identifiers, purchase/refund status and timestamps.
We do not receive card details. Trial activation needs no payment card.
Required licensing processing provides the requested licensed service and
prevents abuse; agreement acceptance is not consent to optional telemetry.

Optional usage reporting — off by default
A separate opt-in permits counts of helper page transitions, protected
launch attempts/outcomes, coarse time spent using the helper, version
changes, categorized helper errors and voluntary 1–5 ratings. Only fixed
categories and bounded numbers are accepted. Raw Zoom logs, arbitrary
error text, meeting contents, links/passcodes, participants, account names,
passwords, hardware identifiers, camera/microphone media and local backups
are not uploaded for analytics. Local diagnostics remain local unless you
explicitly share them outside this reporting feature. Declining or turning
off optional reporting does not reduce trial or purchased features.

The owner dashboard shows operational license/sales counts and optional
usage aggregates, flow diagrams and categorized errors. These are not
anonymous merely because direct names are omitted; a small group may still
be identifiable. Access is restricted to the configured owner/admin email
allowlist behind verified authentication. The dashboard is not public.
You can withdraw reporting in Privacy settings and request export/deletion
of service records for this installation. Existing aggregated counts may
remain where they no longer identify an installation.

Retention
Optional raw events have a 30-day retention period, with daily cleanup. Daily
aggregate reporting is removed after 13 calendar months. Required license, activation and agreement records
are retained to operate your license until you request deletion or they
are no longer necessary for that purpose. Deletion removes installation
service records and deactivates its access; reactivating a paid license may
create new records. Financial records required for tax, fraud/dispute or
legal obligations may be retained separately, including by Lemon Squeezy.
Our deletion tool does not erase a payment provider's purchase records.
Deletion removes live installation records. Cloudflare recovery snapshots may
retain earlier records for its limited recovery window (up to 30 days); access
is restricted to recovery operations. A backup restoration requires review of
privacy deletion requests before restored data is used for ordinary reporting.

Infrastructure and disclosure
Cloudflare provides hosting, database, rate limiting and administrative
access. Network requests necessarily expose IP address and request metadata
to hosting infrastructure; our product analytics do not store full IP
addresses. Cloudflare and Lemon Squeezy may process information outside your
country under their applicable terms/privacy and transfer safeguards. We
use these providers for hosting/licensing/payments, not advertising. We do
not sell personal information or use it for behavioral advertising.
There are no marketing trackers or advertising cookies in the site. Secure
admin login may use authentication cookies. Provider checkout has its own
privacy/cookie practices. Any optional local client preference storage is
for remembering your choices, not advertising.

Your choices and rights
Read and decline terms before using the commercial release; optional
reporting remains a separate unchecked choice. Change that choice in the
app, export your installation records or request their deletion. Contact
us for access, correction, deletion, portability or other applicable
privacy rights, or to ask about provider-held records. Applicable laws may
provide additional rights and the right to complain to a regulator. We do
not condition paid features on agreement to optional reporting. If the
service or collection changes materially, we will update this notice and
request renewed consent where required. This product is not directed at
children under 13.
